Shipping:
We ship axolotls all over the US to legal states . We ship via USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping and USPS Express 1-2 day with a live arrival guarantee. If temperatures are over 80°F we will only offer live arrival with Express shipping. We only ship on Monday and Tuesday for Priority shipping, and Monday through Wednesday for Express.
Axolotls are illegal in California, Maine, and New Jersey.
DOA Policy:
If an axolotl arrives DOA(dead on arrival) we need picture proof within one hour of delivery, and you will be refunded the price of the animal only.
We also offer local pickup if local to Culloden, Wv.
If for any reason we can't process your order we will issue a full refund, or if you decide you would like to cancel we will issue a refund unless we have already shipped.
